Do you guys realize that SF is pretty cheap compared to HK? If it ever gets to HK prices, then this thread would make sense. Right now, they are not even close.

I read just recently that RE & rents in Seattle are increasing at a higher rate than the Bay Area, so that Seattle's catching up. That's kind of scary.

Portland & Seattle will be just like the Bay Area is the coming years, it’s only a matter of time. The trends are noticeable and I doubt will stop
