So what? Not my problem, but it seems to bother you.

This is because the Caucasian population is older than average, whereas the school age population or younger is mostly Asian.

It is a nuanced issue. Most SWPL Whites love Asian culture and cuisine but if the White population is declining that is a sign of decline. Even Asian American Democratic candidate Andrew Yang has expressed concern about White population decline.

The ideal demographic for SWPLs is maybe 60% White 20% Asian and 20% People of Color. Whites who are actually racist would find that to diverse and SWPL Whites won't openly acknowledge that.

Ironically the White population is actually growing in West Oakland which has traditionally been poorer and probably still has a higher crime rate.

A well off person from Tokyo would also prefer a more SWPL community to an ethno burb.

What in the world is a SWPL?

Who the heck cares about the ethnic breakdowns?

Is this more wishful thinking from you?

Thank you. As you know, I'm not white, and don't GAF about SWPL.

Again, locations and communities are what they are - you can take it or leave it - they don't fit neatly into categories.

Basically upper middle class Whites who look for trendy communities. There are some Asians and People of Color who adopt that culture. Hipsters fit into that.

Hipster parts of Oakland, Berkeley, and Upper Class parts of Contra Costa County are SWPL. A McMansion in the Tri Valley not so much. Urban culture being transplanted to the suburbs or suburbanites trying to prove they are culturally sophisticated.

How about "Stuff White Nationalists DON'T Like":

1) Being in the minority vis a vis people of color
2) Realizing that they don't get to define culture anymore
3) Being told that their mutterings don't make any sense or logic
