I just bought a 878 sq. ft, 2 bed/ 2 bath duplex, in Concord, CA.

For those of you in the East Bay who own a townhouse/condo/duplex or a small house under 1,300 sq. ft, what does your water bill typically run?
Just curious so I can budget accordingly. Thanks!

Make sure you take of 25-40% 0f the price when real estate resets in value. You get 50 gallons a day not a drop more so conserve.

We owned a <1300 sq ft townhouse in Pleasanton, and the ACWD bill was roughly $80-$83 dollars, bi-monthly.
