I just have job offers in both Vacaville and Riverside County. Both are the same salary at $100k,
Which one is better for family of 4 with 2 small children to live in? My housing price is around $500k and good school rating.

Where in Riverside County? (Temecula is nice, for example, but Hemet is a dump.) And besides the house itself and good schools, do you have any desired community amenities?

My job is in North Riverside area. School rating the is most important criteria for my family right now. I like Vacaville because of small town feel but the school rating is hovering around 5 or 6 for elementary. Compared to riverside, its around 8 or 9

Do you think Vacaville has good public school system compare to Riverside

Default Corona

Corona fits your price range as is right next to Riverside.

I was also thinking Eastvale (near Riverside), very safe and good schools.

Have you ever been to Vacaville? I would not say it has a small town feel at all. Sprawling suburbs is more like it.
