It's somewhat relative. Compared with SSF, San Bruno and Millbrae, the noise in Brisbane is not all that bad.

Heck there are parts of Daly City and Burlingame where it's worse.

Hi,

I would like to hear the current living conditions in Brisbane. We have a 2 year old and planning to buy a house in Brisbane/San Francisco suburbs/Millbrae. Sunny weather, good schools, close to SF downtown/budget are top priorities.

Regards,
Uma

If affordability is an issue, try Fremont or Castro Valley. Or farther east (Pleasanton, etc.).

Where is the job located, I would prefer Brisbane over the East Bay, but commute should be a factor.
