I know this post is a little old, but wanted to reply and say how much I loved living at 134 Elm St. in San Mateo. I lived there for 9 years. I had a great apartment in the 134 building facing Elm St on the second floor overlooking the yard area. I loved the huge patio, floor to ceiling/wall to wall glass and the unique layout and decor of the apartment. If I didn't relocate out of Calif, I would still be there!

Bummer about Nawab. Sold out, now replaced by a new place "Bollywood." I've not tried it yet.
