can a landlord call your new landlord and tell them that she gave you a 3 day notice so they wont rent to you after she told them you where a good person and she would rent to you again. and can the new landlord not rent to you cause of that ( i gave them the deposit) and they did an credit check and it came back good.

They can only talk if you use them as a reference... if they just called your new landlord out of the blue, I don't think that would be legal. At least that's how it works with employers! You might want to call your local housing authority, where they can advise you for free - I'll refer you to one if you're having trouble finding it.
