I'm thinking about moving to San Francisco and my question is about the weather. Hurrayyy!
Right now I live in Texas and I'm tired of the ****ing weather in this God Forsaken state. One day it'll be beautiful with 80-90 degree temps, and then the next day it'll be freezing and windy (for me, at least) 20-30 degrees. I hate cold weather, but to tell you the truth, I would LOVE to just have some STABLE weather right now. I've read lots of posts on here about the weather, does it change DRASTICALLY day-by-day like described above? I'm willing to put up with 60-ish temp degrees year-round after putting up with a weather rollercoaster for the past 2 years in this ****ing state.

San Francisco has very stable temperatures because of the natural air conditioning provided by the Pacific Ocean. Winters are cool, windy and rainy but the air temperature is very mild compared to points inland. Summers are often foggy. The best weather in the city is during the spring and fall.

Although currently they are a little below that range, because from what I understand they are having some freakishly cold storm system sweeping through from Alaska.

Yep.
It's kinda frigid right now (low 40s), but usually we range from 50-55 in the winter, and 55-70 in the summer... only thing that changes drastically is the fog, especially if you're on the west side of town. True San Franciscans always carry a jacket, just in case the fog rolls in!

Also... how is the wind there? The wind here is unpredictable as well.
Is it just windy during the winter? Is there a wind chill factor? Just a nice breeze? I needz wind info.

You will learn the definition of "microclimates." Some areas get lots and lots of bone-chilling wind and fog - Lake Merced Hills is one of those. But then you go a couple miles east to Portola and it's much calmer and sunnier.

Right now I live in Texas and I'm tired of the ****ing weather in this God Forsaken state. One day it'll be beautiful with 80-90 degree temps, and then the next day it'll be freezing and windy (for me, at least) 20-30 degrees. I hate cold weather, but to tell you the truth, I would LOVE to just have some STABLE weather right now. I've read lots of posts on here about the weather, does it change DRASTICALLY day-by-day like described above? I'm willing to put up with 60-ish temp degrees year-round after putting up with a weather rollercoaster for the past 2 years in this ****ing state. 
It's kinda frigid right now (low 40s), but usually we range from 50-55 in the winter, and 55-70 in the summer... only thing that changes drastically is the fog, especially if you're on the west side of town. True San Franciscans always carry a jacket, just in case the fog rolls in!
Is it just windy during the winter? Is there a wind chill factor? Just a nice breeze? I needz wind info.
