Can anyone tell me what the town of Inverness is like? What's the weather like, what's the job market like, what's the cost of housing? Is it a good community for children? Thanks!

It's incredibly beautiful, I don't think there is any job market whatsoever, and I think it would be great for kids if you inherit a couple of million dollars and don't have to work for a living, or if your job is portable and pays very well. It's more a place where wealthy people have second homes than a viable place to live for the average wage slave.

Yeah, the place is beautiful but tiny. It's pretty secluded. Perfect place to stop if heading to Tomales Bay, but I couldn't imagine living there.

huh? If you've reached Inverness, you're already at Tomales Bay...oh wait do you mean the State Park?

Well, whatever

Inverness is beautiful, but yeah unless you're owning and running a B&B or Kayak rental place there, there really isn't a job market in the town.

Yeah I agree.. Lets say something serious happens and you need to go to the hospital. Imagine how far a drive that would be.
