We have had enough of the miserable climate near
chicago. The summers are like Miss. and the winter has miserable wind. We want to move to Cal. or Oregon but I don't want to live where we have to watch our backs or in the third world. My wife wants a decent sized city like San Francisco (and I know the prices crashed there also), so where is the place to move ? The climate is no. 1. San Diego has too much U V, and I see one must live within 30 miles from the ocean. That rules out Stockton, Modesto, Fresno ! SLO , and Monterey seem nice but are too small ! I won't live where we are a minority, so the area needs to be 80 % caucasion at least ! My family deserves better than
Tiajuana ! My reserch brings me to Sonoma ! Hercules looks nice on line but city data puts the prices on houses way out of line! Info anyone please !

If you can't afford Hercules, then you won't be able to afford anywhere here.

Between the combination of Hercules being too expensive for you - a fairly low grade suburb of SF - and the racism in your post, I cannot and would not help you.

Have you ever visited the Bay area? There aren't a lot of places in the bay that can or should be compared to TJ. The Bay is one big melting pot and while you can find larger area populated by whites you will see and be around a mixture of people all the time. Also I agree with clongirl, if you can't afford Hercules then the bay area may not be for you. Current home values/prices are the best most of us have seen in several years.
