I haven't noticed more than usual. In the summer, you'll see a lot of Nevada plates, presumably since Reno and Tahoe are close, and also some Oregon plates congregating in Berkeley, which is sort of like the Oregon State Embassy in our midst.

Just recently moved from MASSACHUSETTS and have not gotten round to changing plates when I went to a GS Warriors game in which they beat the Celtics. I thought my little car would get trashed but it was not. Thanks CALIFORNIA.
