Hey,

I'm planning on staying in Burlingame at the Bay Landing for a few nights and was wondering how easy it is to get to central San fran without a car.
Are there any buses or trains running and what times do they start/finish?

Any help appreciated.

DH

That hotel offers a shuttle service to Millbrae. You can take two train services from there to different parts of San Francisco; Caltrain to Potrero Hill and South Beach, BART to the Mission or the downtown Market St. corridor. Both services run roughly until midnight, but the hotel shuttle might not run that late. Cabs are easy to come by at the Millbrae station if you get caught out.

Also Sam Trans busses (cheaper but slower and more gritty).

Glad to stumble over this thread, as we are staying at that hotel a couple of nights at the start of our trip.
