What?? DC has actually been in the news quite a bit due to the high numbers of African American males with HIV. 50% of new HIV dx are African Americans, yet they make up just 13% of the population. Sad how it's affecting the poor inner cities. Anyway.

I think the original poster has a slight language barrier and has no poor intentions. But really, it's a silly question. Nobody goes around thinking about the STD rate when they're out shopping or having dinner in a beautiful city.
