That's really surprising about Atchison Village in Richmond. Isn't that a public housing project? Granted people have to buy interest in it, but still.

Always a wealth of Great Information!!!

With the notable exception of Jack London Square area... income in Oakland rises in sync with elevation...

Bartlett neighborhood is kind of a sleeper to me... I know, at one time, Bartlett had a lot of long term homeowners with 50+ years... otherwise, I'm really surprised the income is so low.

What surprised me is how high the income is in the JLS neighborhood. That is some serious change to be living in an old warehouse next to the railroad tracks. I'll stick to my place in the higher elevations . . .
