How much of a difference are the SRo's that are privately owned and operated vs. those that are operated by the city? I mean are the SRO's operated by the city cleaner and safer? And if so, how much cleaner and safer would you say they are?
What do you think about the SRO's operated by The Tenderloin Housing Clinic (
