SF weather is SO NOT always 60 ish.... it could be 50 ish in the morning and 80 ish at noon...

Seattle and Vancouver have similar temperatures to SF, maybe a bit cooler. Certainly rainier. Same with the Oregon coast.

It was 41 in the shade at Union Square July in 2007
, the wife and I spent the weekend at the Nikko hotel for fun and it was cold.
Now the actual recorded temperature was probably a bit higher, I think 46-47.
