Now that we've seen a few rentals, we have zeroed in on the Palo Alto area. We drove around town and found most pockets to be decent except for one (between El Camino & Alma and Oregon & Charleston). That area seemed a little bit more ghetto-like. We've seen houses in all of Palo Alto and are considering a few. I have a question about one we saw by the Juan Briones school on Maybell avenue. I'd like to know how the area was. Is it nice, safe, with less kids/ families in trouble, more middle class families? Its sort of close to this not-so-good area east of el-camino, so I am a little concerned - especially for the kids - if they go to the same schools.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Aashish

FYI, it's Juana Briones ... look her up on Google.

In any case, that area is fine.

If you can afford it ...
