SF is not racist. Where do you get these ideas?
As for the 'big one' if you are referring to Earthquakes..they usually occur about every 30 years, unlike hurricanes, tornadoes, and snowstorms which happen every year.
If you are so unhappy.. you should relocate. Life is too short to be miserable, especially in a city you where you seem so miserable and misinformed. Go where you will be happy.
