What makes you say that? After all, the women in Socal look far better than the women of Norcal in general. They just put in more effort into their appearance. Also notice the differences in attitude and open-mindedness. Socal chicks were not only predictably hotter, but more willing to open up.

To OP: Good luck, the bay area is not known to be a hotbed of hot blonde women. They are a rarity in SF, and if you do meet one, they will probably be uber rich, liberal and living in Marina. So good luck with that.

All I can say is...if you were out at any bar this evening in SF, you would see that there are PLENTY of very attractive girls. They exist.

I agree. As long as you go to bars with professionals and not hipsters, then you'll see plenty of attractive women. 15 years ago, that was very different -- the Hillary Clinton look was in vogue then -- but these days, people are very much into appearance. Travel and Leisure readers voted SF the fifth most stylish city in the country, far above most of SoCal. I can definitely say women in SF wear nicer clothes than in SD, where it's more beachy-trashy.

Not true. San Diego has tons of hot Blondes. SD probably has the hottest White women in California.

Sacramento also has tons of hot Blondes on any weekend downtown night.

SF and LA has more hot Asians, Persians, Latinas, etc.
