It's the average income. So if you make an income/combined income of $60,000+ you are perfectly capable of living in a safe neighborhood in Oakland.
So you're saying these are affordable neighborhoods based on the average salary in the area? Seriously? Just based on that one single factor?

Did you even go to school?

yeah it's obvious who the troll is and you apparently do not know the definition of one as one can stay on topic yet still continue to troll. It's amazing how many people you manage to annoy and p*ss off in both the SF and CA forums. Sadly you're probably proud. Truly sad some middle aged man would do this.

Yet 98% of your posts in here have to do with trashing Oakland. Yeah this thread is comparing Marin vs Alameda but on plenty of other threads that having nothing to do with Marin or SF you just troll around baiting people.

Stop trying to play dumb, everyone sees through your BS. You derail and are a sh*t disturber on most of the threads you post in. It seems to get you off which is very disturbing and sick.

LOL Now he owns two properties in two of the most expensive area's in the country, along with in Mission Viejo. Also owns a Red Sports car and has a PhD from Berkeley. What sane adult still has these type of fantasies and acts them out on message boards. Are you also an astronaut and race car driver too?

I'm sure he and Mateo missed this article about MARIN CITY that stated:

but you forgot the most important point of all this O.U. He is a very sad and very lonely man indeed.

We are all shaking our heads in sorrow over that fact.
I have the data sets to prove it as well.

If they're affordable enought that people making middle class wages can afford to live in them, then they're probably affordable. Dimond is definitely affordable for the bay area.

And everybody's been asking you that exact same question... we're taking your word for it that you have a Phd, which is likely a lie.
