So there are so many different locations, landmarks, and places in San Francisco and the Bay Area that really identify the uniqueness of this amazing place. But which of these things do you think BEST identifies what San Francisco represents, or at least means to you. State your reason too.

How about Dolores Park? You've got your hipsters, your dogowners, your gay sunbathers...it's like a watering hole for all types of San Franciscans. Not very iconic, but rather representative.

  • Golden Gate Bridge (One of the most famous landmarks in the world)
  • Transamerican Pyramid (Unique to SF skyline, separates SF from a generic downtown skyline, even though it's now dated)

San Francisco has many awesome landmarks but Golden Gate Bridge is THE icon that symbolizes the bay area above all others.
