I went to the wine tasting open house last week. The condos at the Ellington are generally pretty good. Nice building and good layouts. It looks like things are picking up steam and sales are picking up.

The Ellington is just over 50% occupancy right now. The hardest pill for my clients has been the HOA's. With the listings available both on JLS and around the lake, that's been the toughest sell, but I love the project.

Luckily for buyers now, resales are out and are certainly cheaper than when I looked for myself 6 months ago.

I can't wait to see some of these other projects in action - in 10 years, Oakland's landscape could be so very, very neat.
