It used to be the HQ for Bruener's furniture. If you look closely, you'll see all the images on the building are people making furniture.

Cal Jet Air is flying out of Oakland to Mazatlan. Cal Jet Air is yet another smaller discount airline to fly out of Oakland. Spirit, Allegiant, Volaris, Arke are some others. Hopefully these small airlines do well.

I would think that Cal Jet Air could do well with the Bay Area's large Sinaloan population but they appear to cater mainly towards tourists flying to Mazatlan for vacation rather than Mexican-Americans returning home. This is also the only direct flight from the Bay Area to Mazatlan.

Well it's nice they'd still like to build there, it doesn't really mean anything until they actually decide to move ahead. 601 City Center is also waiting for an anchor tenant to restart construction. They've both been waiting a while and may have to wait a while longer

Great! I have been seeing a lot of Ask.com commercials now. I think they are going after women as they now buy sponsorships and ad time during shows like Extra.

Now let's resume building 601 City Center. I also hope the SKS people (1100 Broadway) have read this.
