How is Pleasanton, CA? Are the schools comparable to Cupertino school district?

Check out Greatschools.org for school info and ratings in any city/state.
The schools in Pleasanton are very highly ranked.

The schools are great it seems. The number IT Jobs are also good so I am guessing I can get a job there easily. The rent range is also not high comparing to Cupertino. I think it is practically possible to move to Pleasanton. Let me know if I am missing something.

All you are missing is a job that pays well enough to live there. A 3/2 1800 sq ft house will rent for about $2,300. You can find something for less in the surrounding cities, which are also nice and have good schools, so it's something to keep in mind if you ever move to CA. There is no point in picking cities out until you have a job offer because you don't know where that will be and commuting will figure into where you end up living.
