I will be coming to San Jose and will need a car for about 3 and a half weeks. I am freaking out at the weekly rates--does anyone know if i can rent a car for a month and get a better rate?

Yeah, use Budget Rental Car and use BCD# U263466. You could save about 35-40% off your rental. I use it for my travel needs and it helps.
