Hello every one I'm new so please bare with me I just took my 1990 Honda Accord DX to get smogged (mila.209k) (LET ME AD Its been maintained at its recommended intervals) at a test only station and it FAILED the ASM Emission tests and I think the tech had some thing to do with it.
1st off The test only place I went her had me fill out the work order then the tech messed around with the machine and said its not letting me log on so lets go to my other shop down the street and when we arrived it was closed but he opened up and started getting my car ready then he had me fill out another one so while I was doing that I was standing on the out side of the shop to were I would be able to see what he was doing I saw him move my distributor so I asked is it loose he said no and I need you to go one the other side to where I can't see nothing I thought that weird then a few min later he said that it failed and he showed me the results and here they are :

I know this thread is 10 yrs old but test/repair shops have more of a incentive to fail you then a test only shop.
