Down south in several cities you will find streets, or an entire neighborhood where the vast majority of the residents go all out with their decorations.

Does anyone know of a neighborhood in this area which does that?

I know of the display in Vasona park, and that is probably where we will end up, this year, but it's a little hard to swallow the price when LADWP does, what sounds like the same thing, for free in Griffith Park.

Palo Alto's Christmas Tree Lane is famous for this. It's on Fulton Street, just off Embarcadero Road (near Middlefield Road).
