Oakwood Apartments offer corporate rentals
Apartments and Housing Options | Oakwood and it's right along 280 so it's 10 minutes to the airport or straight down San Tomas to Cisco. Plus it's a great starting place to north bay, santa cruz, etc.
That will give you time to check out the area and find where you feel the most comfortable.

I believe it was the Oakwood Apartments my daughter and her family stayed at between the sale of house 1 and availablility of house 2. They were there about two months and it worked fine for them.
