Lately I've been into sashimi. So I'm looking for a supermarket that sells good quality sashimi in SV. The only 3 I know of are the 3 main Japanese grocery stores: Mitsuwa, Marukai & Nijiya. Just wondering if there other places? I once bought sashimi at that Chinese place 'Ranch 99' and it sucked bad.

I think you've found the right places for sashimi at the Japanese supermarkets you've visited, which I also recommend. I'd also concur that 99 Ranch isn't the greatest place for raw fish.

Sliced raw fish spoils faster than uncut. Just buy a nice piece of ahi or whatever and slice it yourself. (If I can do it , anyone can- I am a total klutz in the kitchen.)
