Hi:
We are looking to buy an older house in West San Jose with 2 stories and 5BR, approx 2300 Sq Ft. Could anyone have an estimate of Copper Re-piping in the house?

The house also has Popcorn ceiling that we want to finish as smooth, what could be a cost for that?

Thanks a lot for your help.
Br

Can't speak for plumbing but we recently removed popcorn, retextured the ceilings. We had an abatement company (ECI)do an abestos test, which came out positive, so of course it was way more expensive to do. Believe we paid 6 k range for everything.

We complained to the seller (she wasn't aware house had abseostos) so she kicked back a nice credit to us
Our house is around 2050 sq ft.

I know this is a bit old, but you got a very fair price for that. Considering it was asbestos in the ceiling. Did the contractors do a decent job?
