Im trying to find out if san jose, ca is consideried pacific northwest for a legal standing on mold in my home. Me, myself i dont think san jose is in the pacific northwest. could someone please help me with this issue.

I don't consider it to be. I think of Oregon and Washington. Maybe the very Northern part of California, but not this area.

San Jose is not even close to being Pacific Northwest. In fact, the distance from SJ to Canada is about 2x the distance to Mexico.
