Family of 3 (one child in middle school) moving to Menlo park from TX. We are considering renting in the area for now, since we have a house to sell in TX. Our rental budget is up to 4K

looking for best school districts
Easy commute
2 br+2 bath town home/SFH (no apartments)

I have been out of the rental scene for the longest time, hence this amateurish question..What is the best source to find rentals with this criteria? I have just started looking in Palo Alto, Mountain View...on realtor.com
