I received a job offer from a Tech company in mountain view and I plan to move there once work visa process is completed. While I'll believe i will face the same challenges like everyone moving to bay area i.e finding affordable house, good commute,..etc, I also notice that I will have different issues to deal with on top of that due to being new in US.

I hope I can find some guidance here on below questions:

1. Considering I won't have credit score or rent references, would it be hard to find a rent? is renting apartments is less strict than for example a single house landloard ? Is a manger or a colleague consider a acceptable rent reference?

2. My driving license won't be vaild in CA, so I plan to live in mountain view (at least for first few months), but also not far from public transport. What are the good neighborhoods for non-work traveling with buses and/or caltrain?

I might add more questions later on and thanks in advance

Has said tech company assisted with answering any of these questions? You're probably not the first new hire in their employ to need help with these.

Your job offer letter will probably be enough to get you an apartment. I used to rent to immigrant techies, and would verify their job and work visa, and take a chance on them. You shouldn't have much problem in Mountain View finding an apt.

Congrats on the job and welcome to the US!
