Can't be answered. That house might never run the A/C in the summer, or it could run every day. You need to narrow things down. Start with location.

Water can be a big part of the bill if you have landscaping. So it would help to know more what you're thinking. Do you want a place with zero maintenance or something green? I don't have numbers in front of me, but I have a property where the water bill can be $80 or more a month. I make the tenants pay for the water bill and other bills. So far they are happy.

For us:

PG&E (gas and electric): $55-$75 per month
water: $35-$45 per month
trash: $20 per month
internet and cable: $100 per month
landline phone (VoIP): $28 per month

For us which is 2000 sq ft instead of 1600:

PG&E (gas and electric): $125 - $175 per month
Water: $55 per month
Trash: $31 per month
Internet: $52 per month (Cable internet promotion)

But it really does vary based on the house. My gas bill is almost all water heater so, during summer, I spend $10/month in gas and, in winter, I spend $90/month in gas, just from reheating the water in the tank. In summer months, my house saves up heat during the day and dumps it on us during the night until 3 AM. But, if I had a big tree out front, maybe the A/C would work half as hard, even with the same house and the A/C set to the same temperature.

Depends on the month, of course. (Cheaper energy bills in spring and fall months.) But my recent costs for my 3bed/2bath/1500sqft SFH in recent months is:

PG&E : $200
Water: $150
Comcast: $113
Garbage/Recycling: $35

These are all "per month". The garbage bill is actually a bi-monthly bill of $70. Our energy bill is high because someone is home all day long, running A/C or furnace.
