We are thinking of putting an offer for a townhome in the Bella Villagio community located at the intersection of Capitol/Vistapark. I currently live in an apartment in Santa Clara. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

It's somewhat of a transitional area between good and not-so-good areas. I used to have a friend in high school who lived in that neighborhood. It was perfectly safe at the time (late 90's-early 2000's). The last time I was there, the neighborhood was showing its age a little bit but it's not what I'd consider to be an unsafe area.

That area is pretty much all new developments now, and is pretty darn safe. The single-family homes nieighborhood surrounding Vista Park is also very nice.

15 years ago it was mostly light commercial/quarry/cow feeding hills there, and has changed A LOT since then. You will also have access to Communication Hill Lucky you!!!!
