Who are you planning to vote for (if you live in California's 17th congressional district) in 2016?

Mike Honda seems to work to get San Jose more benefits. Ro Khanna looks like someone who would work only to benefit Milpitas and Fremont.

If you're from San Jose you're going to have to vote Honda in order to get our city the maximum benefits. I'm no fan of Honda but Khanna isn't going to put San Jose on a high level of favoritism that Honda did.

Already Khanna is drumming up a fight over the Milpitas land fill against San Jose, I can see him causing some troubles for our city...

We in San Jose should not let someone from tiny villages decide the policies for the 300,000 San Joseans in that Congressional district.

I don't think I'm in that district, but Honda needs to go. Fresh blood is needed.

Fresh San Jose blood yes. But if it's fresh blood from the puny villages then it's no go.

Politicians are the same everywhere. I'll stick with the ones that will have San Jose's best interests at heart.

I don't like politics and do not believe any politician, but Honda seems like to be the best choice.

Not in the district, and they're both pretty bad, but Ro Khanna is verging on awful. Dude has made a political career out of bashing 'special interests' in an abstract sense, whilst simultaneously accepting huge sums of money from Silicon Valley corporations.

Just what we need to be doing, re electing a politician that literally falls asleep while congress is in session.

Not to mention violated federal law and house rules; sounds just like the guy we should have representing us.

This mindset is Exhibit A in why incumbents are voted in again and again. Everyone complains about them but they think the incumbent they vote in is different from all those other incumbents who get voted in.

In this case it's different. I am voting for someone who looks out for San Jose's best interests instead of someone from the villages surrounding us.

Getting pork from Washington isn't really in anyone's best interest. When will humans give up such short sighted thinking?
