I haven't even looked in the Bay area yet! I'm talking about the prices of homes in So. California! The Antelope Valley has very reasonable priced homes but the schools are beyond bad! Places I lived in the past are now completely out of our range, even rentals. We need horse property and good schools and reasonable priced homes in a good area. Is that so much to ask for? Other than the horse property, isn't that what everyone wants? It's really really hard to start over.
