Any opinions on which of these areas is best to live for a 65-year old retired guy who's pretty active?

I'm looking to buy a house for around $600k.

To the best of my knowledge, there is a large active retired population in the Rose Garden area, around Naglee/The Alameda.. many of them use the 62 bus to get to downtown Campbell in 10 minutes.
