I am looking at the town home / condo for my parents at

SARGENTI Ct, San Jose, CA 95122

Or

5715 CALMOR Ave, San Jose CA 95123

Is the area safe enough to live? Which area is better? Many thx.

Any advice would be great.

Hi there,
The Calmor location is probably a better bet in terms of safety. There tends to be a higher demand for the Calmor location - they'd be very close to the mall, restaurants, and the wonderful Almaden Valley Trail.

Best of luck!

Calmor Ave for sure. The area around the Story Rd. Walmart is pretty slummy.
