My current roommate/landlord has been unemployed for over a year and he's been in bankruptcy for a couple of months now... so I think the apartment I'm staying in is going to be foreclosed soon.

Would anyone have any recommendations on a 1br or studio apartment in either Mountain View (gotta be close to CalTrain bc I travel to SF on the weekends often) or Campbell (close to where I work)?

Thanks.

I sent you a PM, but I need to add, stay where you are as long as you can. The laws are on your side when it comes to tenants' rights during a foreclosure. You may well be able to stay where you're at for some time.

Beware that soon this may no longer be an option - CalTrain is looking to end weekend service due to financial trouble.

So much for going green.
