Allergies: any difference between Las Cruces and Santa Fe? (living, move to)

HI there,

My husband and I are looking to make a move up to Santa Fe after living with dreadful allergies in the Las Cruces area.

Wondering if anyone has moved up to Santa Fe and finding it easier than Las Cruces?

We just moved up here from Las Cruces. I was much more miserable in LC because of the mulberry and living near the farms in Fairacres. Nothing I did seemed to help. Here in SF there are other allergens, but I'm using Zone 6 by Allergena and nasal irrigating every day -- and my symptoms are pretty much gone. Of course its possible that I just haven't gotten the full allergy to the juniper and chamisa here -- and that could take a couple of years I've heard.

But for now I'm much better off in Santa Fe.

It depends what you're allergic to. In Santa Fe the junipers get me. In Las Cruces the mulberry is the bad one.

Start taking local bee pollen if you move to Santa Fe (or find some local in Las Cruces if you stay there). It really really really helps with allergies!
