Santa Fe...Trader Joes (house, purchase, price)

I am wondering if I could purchase a nice house with 2-3 bed and 2 baths in Santa Fe. I am looking at the 180k-230k range. I would like the house less than 2 miles to the Trader Joe's. I am looking to move to Santa Fe, and do not know the area well. thx

The homes in the $230K price range tend to be off Airport Road on the southside of town. There was a rumor floating around here that they were going to open a second Trader Joe's down that way, but not sure if it's still moving forward.
