I have a 2 year degree. I am looking for someplace like sante fe, but I am somewhat flexible. I might do some online classes if it's to my advantage, but prefer physical attendance. My major is History. Thanks for your help.

You're out of luck. The closest place to Santa Fe that offers a BA in History would probably be Highlands University in Las Vegas, NM. I took some classes there. Nice small and inexpensive college. A history major is offered, but the course offerings are pretty limited. Otherwise it's UNM in Albuquerque.

St. John's College is in Santa Fe and offers a very interesting Great Books B.A. degree. With your history background, you might be interested in this. Check it out - it definitely is not for everyone, but some people are VERY happy with their education and experience there.

I recommend taking the Railrunner Train to ABQ if you get into UNM -- they have a bus schedule that meets the Railrunner. Especially if you only go 2 or 3 days a week, as you'll have to go with the commuter schedule. You can use your computer or study on the train.

St. John's is a very eclectic school, and not for everyone, but it is also worth checking out.
