Does anyone know anything about Oshara Village? Is it in a safe decent area? Is the construction good? Are there any walking trails nearby? How far is it from downtown? Thanks for your input!

It's south of the interstate, a good distance from downtown. It's not walkable to anything but itself. It was built as "affordable" housing, but IMHO has a nicer look and feel to it than some other older affordable developments in town (the Tierra Contenta area). I took a look at one a year or so ago. The finishes were inexpensive, but decent quality and with a modern look. I don't know about walking trails, but there is a lot of open area out there.
