Just found this article interesting so I thought I'd share. I might add that Brian Johnson is very involved in the community. He has donated and sponsored a room up at Sarasota Hospital in the children's ward. It's filled with guitars, drums, etc and he regularly comes up there to visit.

They also didn't mention Chris Campbell. He is the guitarist for the Bob Seger Band. My middle daughter hangs out with his daughter. They are really good people and do a lot for the community. Courtney Campbell, Chris' wife, spends a lot of time up at Pine View volunteering.

Also Audrey Landers, who stared in Dallas (the TV show), lives in the Oaks in Osprey. Her twin sons are in my oldest daughters class.

I believe Dick Smothers just sold his home on Bird Key a few weeks ago. He lived right by Brian & Brenda Johnson.

They have a place on Casey Key. It's pretty unassuming. You can drive right past the front of the house.

That's pretty funny. I would say she's still in pretty good shape for being in her mid 50's. I was trying to find some pics online of her and I couldn't really find any of what she looks like now: Audrey Landers All I could find is the 70's glam pics.

Oh, I just found a recent interview with her:
YouTube - Dallas 30th Reunion

Her son Daniel seems to be heading down the same path as her and her other son Adam doesn't seem to want anything to do with it as far as I can tell. They're fraternal twins. Here's one of Daniel's more recent videos. It's kinda funny cuz half of the kids in the video are Pine View kids:
YouTube - "Find Another You" by Daniel Landers I think it's pretty good for a 17 year old kid. Pretty much the kind of music they're all listening to.

I also find it interesting that he goes by Landers in his videos, etc but in school Daniel and Adam go by a different last name (their fathers).

Its amazing that anyone understands a word Brian Johnson says considering his Geordie accent that he's never lost even though he's been living in Florida a while now.

Thumbs up Brian Johnson

I ran into him severaal years ago at a local record store and he was very apologetic to me since the employess were all gaga over him while trying to purchase some CD's and I was waiting in line behind him.

Have seen him at many other events since then in the community and he is always Great.
