I see that is was moved and then set back in place. Anyone know why?

there was a big deal made about it. apparently some people did not want it there and then there was fear that time magazine might sue for image infringements. last i heard it was gone for refurbishment.

So I guess this statue was moved before. In contrast to the people in this other thread, I like the location of where it is and am glad to seee it there. I think it brings a lot of character.
