Does anyone know anything about this area? It seems very nice, with 1 acre lots, good schools and reasonable home prices...I'll be down to visit the first week of August and would appreciate any feedback on this area, (I would be working in the Lakewood Ranch area) ...Thanks!

LOVE MILL CREEK-- very, very safe, family oriented yet very peaceful. We would have bought there but it was just too far from our jobs. Gorgeous lots, most about an acre, some more. Very good schools, all A rated. There is shopping nearby with Publix and a shopping center, fast food and others. Super close access to I75. The area is VERY country like, and meticulously maintained by residents. It's also a HUGE subdivision, I think there are like 12 phases!. The residents go all out for Christmas - we spend halloween in Mill Creek with good friends and its a good time. They have hayrides (slow..) throught the streets, and most of the residents "camp out" in the driveways with closed fire pits and beverages-waiting for the trick or treaters. Not in a rowdy way though. It has a very old fashioned feel to it. I would absolutely recommend it!
