I am relocating to Sarasota this Fall, and am researching condo complexes to purchase a two bedroom/2 bath around $120K. I am a middle aged single woman with two in house cats. Can anyone tell me about the about condo complexes. What kind of construction is Carolina Landings? What are the HOA fees at Parkridge...some of the listings say $660 to $750 a month which seems excessive. Do they mean a month or a quarter? Anything about Parkstone?
