When you 'grant' [as in give, no strings attached] someone money and they use it for its intended purpose or not, getting it back after it has been spent is almost impossible.

Sanborn Studios says it is doing well | HeraldTribune.com For some reason the Sarasota Herald Tribune seems to have fallen 'hook, line & sinker' for This Sanborn Studios. Even right after all that has recently been revealed - the Herald-Tribune comes out again with yet another positive article with more positive spin on Sanborn Studios. Makes me wonder if there is some political pull going on here with these positive articles about Sanborn (to try and make the city commissioners look better). Seems like the only paper around here with the guts to tell it like it is about Sanborn Studious is the Bradenton Herald.

Either that, or the herald tribune sees themselves as incapable of making a mistake and chooses to not cover topics that put them in a bad light.
I've come to view the herald tribune as nothing more than political talking points of their editors and ownership.
