We have a home in Sarasota and also own property about a 1/2 hour south of Asheville.A lot of retired move there but also a lot of them leave.Once the thrill of the beautiful mountains wears off,there gone.

My dad has a 2nd home in the mountains of Franklin. We love visiting and spend several weeks there during our hot summers. Nothing like the summer weather in the Smokies!
